This may sound a bit pathetic.....?

but I'm looking to make some friends in or around the Orlando area. I've got profiles on myspace, tagworld etc. but I can't seem to find good people that have things in common with me. I'm a little stuck. Is anyone reading this from the Orlando area? Any suggestions on what I can do to make some new friends?

I am not from that area, but I would suggest, depending on your age, that you go to some place you know you would like, and just start "meeting" people.





If you want to meet people, you need to be out there and be friendly. How about where you live? The grocery store, the beach, anywhere you go, be outgoing and friendly, that is how most friendships start, soon you have people calling to ask you to go places with them.





If you are religious, join a church group, meet people there, and soon you have outside activities from the Church you can do with them.
