How do I do a background for Tagworld.com? Its not the same as myspace. There is something different you have to do and I was wondering if someone could tell me step through step how to do it.

Well, if it uses html then you add bgcolor="red" for a red background to the %26lt;body%26gt;, so it looks like %26lt;body bgcolor="red"%26gt;
Put if you have an mage for it then it is %26lt;body background="url"%26gt; The url is the address of the image, wither on the web "http://www.website.com" or on the server "imges/image2.jpg"
